These terms govern your use of the AI Voicey app and website operated by AI Voicey. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

AI Voicey converts speech to text on your device and, on request, translates or restyles text using our servers. Output is generated automatically and may contain mistakes; review it before sending.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.

3. Subscriptions and autopay

  • AI Voicey Premium is offered as auto-renewing plans shown in the app and on our Pricing page. Prices in the app are shown in your local currency, including applicable taxes.
  • On iPhone, Premium is bought through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • On Android, Premium is bought through the payment method shown in the app: Google Play billing, or UPI Autopay, card or e-mandate through Razorpay where offered. Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Razorpay subscriptions are managed in Profile in the app.
  • Where a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the store or Razorpay may retry it, and premium features may be paused until a payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period, and the App Store and Google Play ask for your consent where their rules require it.
  • Premium is linked to your AI Voicey account, so it works on any phone you sign in on.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website and brand belong to AI Voicey. Text you create belongs to you.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Apple App Store users

If you downloaded AI Voicey from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
